Mark Ver Hoeve is a 40-year veteran of the oil and gas industry with experience in exploration, development and reserve evaluation in both US and International basins.  He has been involved in unconventional plays for nearly 20 years but also has extensive experience with conventional play generation and evaluation in both onshore and offshore settings.  He has supervised and worked closely with reservoir engineering for reserve evaluation, booking, type curve generation and economic analysis of prospects and plays.

David Paddock is a 40-year veteran of the oil and gas industry with experience in unconventionals, exploration, and field development in both US and International basins.  He has been involved in unconventional plays for 25 years but also has extensive experience with conventional play generation and evaluation in both onshore and offshore settings as well as with carbon sequestration and geothermal.  He has worked closely with drilling engineering, reservoir engineering, and petrophysics for reserve evaluation, booking, production optimization, and economic analysis of prospects and plays.
